as February has already started, I wanted to give you an update on my January goals.
So far, walking every day is going really well. My goals was to take 10.000 steps a day and I have been enjoying it a lot! I walk everyday to work and to the supermarket. If I don't have enough steps yet, I will walk an extra round trough the city centre or park. I feel like I have a lot more energy when I walk. I also feel less stressed, because I feel more calm during my walks.
I also started drinking more water. At first, I wasn't able to drink 1,5 litres of water, because I kept forgetting. Now I bring a water bottle everywhere with me. When I see the water bottle, I will reach for it constantly. Most days I will even drink 2,25 litres of water!
However, the sleeping routine hasn't really been a success. I think the reason for this "fail" is that I didn't make the goal specific enough. So, this is something I will work towards in February.
